Noblesville Softball alliance program provides an opportunity for Hamilton County players to compete at a higher level of youth softball competition as compared to the in-house program. Noblesville Softball proudly represents the Noblesville community. The program is founded upon providing the best softball instruction available while exposing the players to high levels of competition. It also provides parents and coaching staff an opportunity to teach values to the players and many life-long lessons including teamwork, friendship, respect, practice, dedication, and sportsmanship.

Frequently Asked Questions
What ages are players eligible for Noblesville Alliance Softball?
Noblesville has teams at the following age levels: 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U.
What is the age?
The age is based on the players age as of January 1, 2022. For example, if your child is 10 years old as of January 1, 2022 but turns 11 in February, 2022, she is still eligible to play in the 10U for the year.
How many games do the alliance teams play?
Each team’s schedule will vary. During the season most teams will play 30-45 games.
How long is the season?
Practices typically begin in March and Spring Alliance games start early April through June. June through August consists of All Star tournaments. Fall Alliance starts back up in August through October.
We have an annual family vacation over the summer. Does this mean a player shouldn’t try out?
We ask that players are fully committed to the team while “in season”. With that, exceptions can be made. We will have players fill out a commitment form with any possible conflicts. Too many conflicts may result in your child not being able to be on the Alliance/All Star team.
How much does it cost to play alliance softball?
This will vary depending on fundraising and sponsorships; the historical cost has ranged from $200-$300 per player for the season.
If an alliance player pulls out of the program mid-season will a refund be provided?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds. The majority of the fees are for equipment, uniforms, league and tournament dues, as well as pitching and hitting clinics which are all upfront costs.
How far do teams alliance?
Each team’s schedule will vary. The teams typically alliance locally around the state. Most games are less than 2 hours away from Noblesville.
How much playing time will a player get?
In alliance softball, playing time for each player will depend on a number of variables including but not limited to: attitude, ability, performance at practice and games, and hustle. There is no guaranteed playing time or batting order. The Head Coach and/or assistant coach(es) make final decisions.
Can an alliance softball player participate in other sports throughout the year?
Yes, and it is encouraged - the player, however, is expected to be fully committed to the alliance softball team.
